Structurally glazed systems create a greater transparency than traditional captured systems.

Curtain Wall
A curtain wall is an outer covering of a building in which the outer walls are non-structural, utilized only to keep the weather out and the occupants in. Since the curtain wall is non-structural, it can be made of lightweight materials, such as Aluminium and Glass, thereby potentially reducing construction costs. All our metal is computer cut on a Double Head Luna Saw and Router and Drilled on a Emmegi T3a CNC Machine, every-think lines up perfect every-time.

Four or six load bearing extension arms can be configured as required to accommodate any glass shape. While the two central cups remain constant, the outer cups can be turned off and on as required.

The Graco ExactaBlend AGP (Advanced Glazing Proportioner) provides on-ratio dispensing of two-component sealants and adhesives for curtainwall, insulating glass and other applications. The variable ratio ExactaBlend AGP offers advanced technologies at an affordable price.
Precise application of silicone materials in insulating glass or structural glazing applications is critical for delivering superior adhesion, durability and leak-free performance. Advanced pumping technology creates a better, more consistent bead – which results in reduced rework and less wasted material.
Shin-ETsu Shin-Etsu FC-295-SG
SEALANT-FC-295SG is a two-part silicone sealant for unitized curtain wall systems. It is a fast-cure material with excellent adhesion to most glass and painted aluminum surfaces. Once cured, this sealant becomes a high modulus and flexible silicone rubber suitable for structural and weather seal applications. This sealant contributes to the superior productivity and high reliability.

- Used with an airless mixing system, when mixed the material exhibits very high workability, even in low temperature environments
- Mixing ratio: Adjusted to 10 (BASE): 1 (CAT) by volume
- Cures very fast and features excellent adhesion to most common materials
- Superior weather resistance to temperature change, moisture, ozone and ultraviolet rays
*RTV stands for ‘room temperature vulcanizing’ which means that this material can be cured at room temperature

With our purpose built Curtain Wall factory approximately 2500m2 in Penrith Western Sydney. Storing and delivering small, medium and large panels are done with ease and on time, every time. With a 6 tonne overhead crane and steel stillages on hand. We are never waiting for Timber Suppliers or Pallets to be made. Our stillages are all tested to AUS Standards, Stackable and are Craneable.
